Gurmat and TurbanTying Training Camp Concludes in Hadoli Village
Ratia, June 26: To engage children in Gurmat and turban-tying training during the summer holidays, the Haryana Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee organized a seven-day camp at Gurdwara Dukhnivaran Sahib, Hadoli. Village children participated enthusiastically, and the camp preacher, Kuldeep Singh, educated them about Gurmat, Sikh history, and the significance of the turban.
The camp's concluding ceremony was held today at the Gurdwara, attended by Haryana Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee members Iqbal Singh, Gurmel Singh, Manager Rajindra Singh, Manjit Singh, Hardeep Singh, Ajaib Singh Mander, and Happy Singh Sethi.
During the ceremony, the children shared what they had learned over the past week and demonstrated their knowledge of Sikh history and turban-tying. Subsequently, the Haryana Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee honored the children by presenting them with certificates, medals, and turbans. Following this, Ajaib Singh of the Baba Banda Singh Bahadur Gatka Party honored the children by distributing notebooks and other materials.
Committee members of Gurdwara Dukhnivaran Sahib—including Tejpal Singh, Balveer Singh Khalsa, Bhola Singh Maan, Krishna Singh, Gurlabh Singh, Balveer Singh, Sham Singh, and Taranjit Singh—were present on the occasion.
