Guest teachers held strong protest against nonimplementation of High Court decision
Fatehabad 29 July:- In Fatehabad guest teachers held strong protest against non-implementation till now by government of decision of Hon'ble Punjab and Haryana High Court. Due to non-starting of regularization process by government, there is heavy resentment among guest teachers.
On this occasion a meeting was organized in Electricity Board office under presidentship of Kuldeep Lohan. In meeting State General Secretary of Rajkiya Anubandhit Adhyapak Sangh Bhupendra Singh was present.
Meeting was also addressed by Haryana Vidyalaya Adhyapak Sangh related Sarva Karamchari Sangh Haryana District President Rajpal Mitathal, Secretary Desraj Machra, Murari Lal, Rajesh Gothra, Randhir Singh, Ranjeet Singh, Dalbir Singh, Harpreet Singh, Sandeep Singh, Harnek Singh, Shishpal Singh etc members.
Addressing meeting Bhupendra Singh said that from 23rd June indefinite agitation of guest teachers demanding regularization is continuously going on in Mini Secretariat Kurukshetra, but despite more than one month having passed Haryana Government has not taken any concrete step in direction of implementing court orders. He said that Hon'ble Supreme Court has already held valid regularization policy of year 2014 and Hon'ble Punjab and Haryana High Court has also ordered to consider guest teachers as regular from 28th May 2014 and give arrear with 6 percent interest, pension, gratuity and other service benefits. Despite this non-starting of regularization process by government is violation of court orders.
Ramnivas Sharma District Secretary also in his address said that Sarva Karamchari Sangh Haryana represents about four lakh raw and permanent employees of 112 departments of Haryana Pradesh and entire employee movement stands strongly with just demand of guest teachers. He said that when work is permanent then there is no justification to keep employees temporary. Government should respect orders of Hon'ble Supreme Court and Punjab-Haryana High Court and start regularization process without any delay.
In meeting it was decided that on 31st July while observing martyrdom day of Shaheed Udham Singh in Kurukshetra huge demonstration will be held demanding regularization of guest teachers. In this demonstration guest teachers in hundreds from District Yamunanagar will participate.
