Grand Launch of Madhu Sagar Mushaira Captivates the Audience

Patiala:- A beautiful literary gathering was organized by Madhu Madhuman under the aegis of “Anjuman” at the Parwana Guest House. The occasion marked the launch of Madhu Madhuman’s book, *Madhu Sagar*—a comprehensive anthology of her works. Alongside this, a magnificent *Mushaira* (poetic symposium) was also held.
The event was presided over by a renowned figure in the literary world—the poet from Dehradun, Mr. Ambar Kharbanda—while the distinguished and celebrated poet from Ambala, Dr. Nafas Ambalvi, served as the Chief Guest. Present as a Special Guest was Mr. Shadab Anjum from Nagpur—a renowned exponent of satirical and humorous poetry, and a poet who holds the distinction of having a complete *Diwan* (collection) dedicated to humorous verse.
The book was reviewed and discussed by the celebrated poetess Ms. Sapna Ehsaas, who had traveled all the way from Delhi for the occasion. The program was impeccably anchored by the fine poetess and skilled moderator, Anjali Sifar.
After welcoming the special guests with floral garlands and adorning the stage, all other visiting poets were also warmly welcomed with garlands by the local poets. The ceremonial lamp was lit by the Program President and the Chief Guest, following which the book was formally unveiled.
Subsequently, Ms. Sapna Ehsaas and Mr. Ambar Kharbanda shared their thoughts and insights regarding the book.
The event featured a lineup of guest poets including Shadab Ali from Dehradun, Pushp Lata Arya from Charkhi Dadri (Haryana), Dr. Anisha Angira from Amritsar, Divya Nikhat from Faridabad, Karan Sahar from Chandigarh, and Kiran Jain and Manisha Narayan “Man” from Ambala. Parvinder Shokh, Haridatt Habib, Sagar Sood, Tejinder Anjana, Dr. Manju Arora, Alka Arora, Dr. Poonam Gupta, Sarita Nauharia, and Puneet Goyal also participated from Patiala.
The presentations by all the poets were exceptionally fine and of high literary caliber. Everyone was listened to with rapt attention and received immense appreciation.
Following the program, mementos and books were presented to all the participants. The host, Madhu Madhuman, extended her heartfelt gratitude to all the distinguished guests.
