Governor Prof Asim Kumar Ghosh paid courtesy call on Education Minister

Chandigarh, July 28:- Haryana Education Minister Mr. Mahipal Dhanda paid courtesy call on Haryana Governor Prof. Asim Kumar Ghosh at Lok Bhawan here today.
On this occasion, various issues related to the education sector of Haryana were discussed in detail between the Governor and the Education Minister. Issues related to further strengthening the quality, accessibility and overall development of education in the state were discussed in the meeting.
Governor Prof. Asim Kumar Ghosh also reviewed the current status of the universities of the state. During this, Education Minister Mr. Mahipal Dhanda informed the Governor that the Haryana Government under the leadership of Chief Minister Mr. Naib Singh Saini is taking several pro-people initiatives to ensure access to quality education to every section of the society. He said that the government is laying special emphasis on providing quality education, especially to students from economically weaker sections and girls. The Education Minister also briefed the Governor about the efforts being made to strengthen higher education institutions, strengthen educational infrastructure and promote inclusive and equitable educational opportunities in line with the government's vision of 'Quality Education for All'.
