Ambala, January 20:- Gandhi Memorial National College Ambala Cantt organized “Speakwell Master Program for Future Health Care Leaders” with the aim of developing communication skills among Nursing and GNM students. The main objective of this program was to strengthen the professional communication skills of future healthcare workers.
The program consisted of several interactive sessions focused on developing effective communication, negotiation skills and self-confidence. The students were provided practical training through group discussions, role-playing sessions etc. so that they could effectively apply their theoretical knowledge in real-life situations.
College Principal Dr. Rohit Dutt while lauding the efforts of the Language Lab team said that this initiative is very useful and timely for developing the communication skills of nursing students. He emphasized on the important role of such programs in the overall personality development of the students. This session was conducted by Mrs. Harshita and the rest of the activities were conducted under the guidance and supervision of Mrs. Kamalpreet Kaur and Mrs. Mehak Talwar.
