General session to elect office bearers of Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee on 3rd

Amritsar- In the general session to be held on November 3rd to elect the president and other office bearers of the Sikh organization Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee, this time there will be a contest between the candidates of the ruling party Shiromani Akali Dal and Shiromani Akali Dal Punar Surjit. During this, a protest will be held near the Langar Hall against the elections being conducted by the Shiromani Akali Dal Amritsar (Maan Dal).
This evening, during a meeting of the Shiromani Committee members associated with the organization, the name of Advocate Harjinder Singh Dhami has been announced as the party candidate for the election session to be held tomorrow at Teja Singh Samundri Hall. During this meeting, apart from Sukhbir Singh Badal, Balwinder Singh Bhunder, Dr. Daljit Singh Cheema, current president of the Shiromani Committee Advocate Harjinder Singh Dhami and member Rajinder Singh Mehta addressed the Shiromani Committee members.
After this meeting, party spokesperson Dr. Daljit Singh Cheema said that the party president has announced the name of Advocate Harjinder Singh Dhami as the party's candidate for president in the election session to be held tomorrow. Before this, he had held a meeting with the Shiromani Committee members of the party and their views were heard.
