Chandigarh, October 30 - Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (HSIIDC) will now have to provide water and sewerage connections within 15 days. Apart from this, the process of approval of Zoning Plan will also have to be completed within 45 days.
According to the notification issued by Chief Secretary Mr. Anurag Rastogi, the Haryana Government has brought five services of HSIIDC under the purview of Haryana Right to Service Act 2014 and fixed a time limit for these services.
Also, HSIIDC will ensure daily cleaning of public toilets. The repair and maintenance work of these facilities will be completed within 15 days. This will significantly improve the quality of industrial and civil infrastructure.
The Regional In-charge of the Engineering Division has been appointed as the Nominated Officer for cleaning and construction and maintenance of water and sewerage connections and public toilets. The Head of the Department has been appointed as the First Grievance Redressal Authority and the Managing Director of the Corporation has been appointed as the Second Grievance Redressal Authority. Similarly, in relation to the Zoning Plan, the District Town Planner/Senior Town Planner posted at the Head Office has been appointed as the Nominated Officer. The Chief Town Planner will be the First Grievance Redressal Authority and the Managing Director of the Corporation will be the Second Grievance Redressal Authority.
