First 24hour hackathon at Atharva University concluded
Mohali:- Atharva University’s first 24-hour hackathon ‘Future Fusion 2025’ successfully organised The university’s first 24-hour hackathon, ‘Future Fusion 2025’, was successfully organised by the School of Engineering and Technology, Atharva University, Mumbai. The event concluded under the guidance of the university’s founder and vice-chancellor Sunil Rane and marked a significant milestone in the direction of innovation-driven engineering education.
More than 200 engineering students participated enthusiastically in the hackathon based on the theme “Intelligent Engineering Solutions for a Smart World”. A total of more than 30 interdisciplinary teams were formed, with six members in each team and mandatory participation of women. Participants worked continuously for 24 hours, developing innovative solutions to over 30 real-life problems.
These solutions were based on high-impact areas such as IoT and Smart Systems, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Drones and Robotics, Blockchain and Cybersecurity. The program effectively developed industry-relevant skills, teamwork, creative thinking and a future-oriented perspective among the students.
