Chandigarh:- Today, for a special literary discussion, famous litterateurs Pal-Ajnabi ji had a special meeting with the President of Vishwa Punjabi Prachar Sabha Chandigarh and Chairman Tri-Bhaashi Sahitya Manch Chandigarh, Pr. Bahadur Singh Gosal at his residence in Sector-37. Senior Vice President of Vishwa Punjabi Prachar Sabha Jagtar Singh Jog was also present with him.
On this occasion, a long literary discussion was held over tea and Mr. Pal Ajnabi ji was very impressed with the writing style of Pr. Gosal. While giving information about his newly published books, Pr. Gosal said that although many of his books have been published, now his main aim is to prepare new writers and new readers. Therefore, he keeps meeting teachers and students in remote schools of Punjab along with the office bearers of the organization for the promotion and dissemination of Punjabi. He gets immense joy by presenting free children's books to children in the village schools of Punjab and cultural books to teachers. He said that he, along with writers like Jagtar Singh Jog, Avtar Singh Mehatpuri and Amarjit Singh Bathlana, provides full support to the Panchayats and Youth Sabhas in the villages to establish libraries in the villages.
On this occasion, Mr. Pal Ajnabi Ji said that he is very impressed with the newly edited book "Aa Ni Chidiy Paani Pi" by Pr. Gosal, because this book is the identity of unique thinking. He agreed with Pr. Gosal's view that today's writers should visit village schools to prepare new readers.
Remembering the contribution made by Mr. Pal Ajnabi for the promotion and dissemination of Punjabi. Mr. Pal Ajnabi was honored by the World Punjabi Prachar Sabha, Chandigarh. In honor, he was presented with a shawl, a badge of honor and a set of books by Pr. Bahadur Singh Gosal. Pal Ajnabi thanked all the members of Vishwa Punjabi Prachar Sabha for this honour.
