Garhshankar:- For the past several years, the social service organization Raju Welfare Society UK & Punjab has been continuously serving needy and differently-abled people. Continuing this effort, a wheelchair was presented today to an elderly woman from Santokhgarh, Himachal Pradesh, who is unable to walk and has one amputated leg.
On this occasion, while thanking Dr. Amarjit Raju, Happy Sadhowal said that Dr. Raju is always ready to help persons with disabilities. Rocky Maula informed that the organization has already distributed thousands of wheelchairs and tricycles to needy individuals in the past.
Shinda Ji Goliyan Wale specially attended the event. Others present on the occasion included Preet Parowal, Jassi Sadhowal, Navi Parowal, and family members who had come from Himachal Pradesh.
