Kharar- Special evening Divans (religious congregations) were organized at Gurdwara Shri Guru Arjan Dev Ji Singh Sabha, Sunny Enclave, on the occasion of the Sangrand (commencement) of the month of Vaisakh. On this occasion, the recital of Sodar Rehras Sahib was performed by Assistant Granthi Bhai Avtar Singh Ji, followed by Gurbani Kirtan performed by the Hazuri Ragi of the Gurdwara Sahib, Bhai Simranjit Singh Angad. Subsequently, Kathavachak (preacher) Bhai Sardool Singh Ji shared Katha Vichar regarding the significance of the Vaisakh Sangrand and acquainted the congregation with Guru History.
A special Kirtan Jatha, Bhai Prem Singh Ji from Chandigarh, performed Kirtan for one hour. On this occasion, the Gurdwara Sahib Committee honored the visiting Kirtan Jatha and the Kathavachak by presenting them with Siropao (robes of honor).
Following this, Guru ka Langar was served to the congregation in abundance. Present on this occasion were the President of the Gurdwara Sahib Sardar Rajinder Singh Babbu, General Secretary Prem Singh Maloya, Senior Vice President Harmesh Singh, Treasurer Bhagwan Singh, Harminder Singh, Gopal Singh, Kulwinder Singh, and other members.
