Patiala:- The Governments of India and Punjab and the Education Department have ordered to establish Jagriti Clubs in educational institutions to keep students healthy, fit, safe, happy, advanced and to face the challenges of the future. The United States has also encouraged maximum youth to prepare humanitarian volunteers during the year 2026.
For the success of this mission, Dr. Rakesh Vermi, President of Dedicated Brothers Group Patiala and Mr. Kaka Ram Verma, Chief Trainer of First Aid Safety Health Awareness Mission, have also established a Jagriti Club at Government Girls Senior Secondary Smart School, Old Police Line.
Principal Smt. Mandeep Kaur Antal State Awardee expressed her gratitude and said that with the formation of Jagriti Club, her students will continuously get information about disaster management, civil defense, first aid, CPR, fire safety, drugs, health and wellness, crimes, traffic safety, kidnapping, cyber crime, etc. Mr. Kaka Ram Verma said that Principal Smt. Mandeep Kaur Antal ji will be the president of this club, Smt. Sushma Devi will be the secretary of this club.
He said that various competitions will be organized to make the students of Jagriti Clubs aware on the occasion of national and international important days. The dedicated brothers group will also provide all kinds of help to the needy students.
