Karnal, October 21: Naseeb Singh, Superintendent Engineer, Operations Division, North Haryana Power Distribution Corporation, Karnal, stated that complaints will be heard on October 23rd at 11 am in the conference hall of Rajiv Gandhi Vidyut Bhawan, Rohtak, with the aim of expediting the resolution of electricity consumer complaints.
The complaints will be heard by the Chairman of the Zonal Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum, North Haryana Power Distribution Corporation, Rohtak. He stated that consumers whose electricity-related problems remain unresolved even after meeting with local officials can file their complaints with the forum.
He further stated that consumers whose electricity-related cases are pending in court and whose complaints or matters are more than two years old will not be eligible for a hearing. Furthermore, complaints related to power theft will also not be heard at the meeting.
