Educationist Anil Bharti submits Swaran Jayanti Action Plan to Chief Minister
Patiala:- Mr. Anil Kumar Bharti, founder of 'Pollution Free India Project Intellectual Forum', has sent a 'full-proof' integrated action plan to Punjab Chief Minister Mr. Bhagwant Mann. Through this plan, he has presented a historic blueprint to make Punjab 'free from helpless cows' as well as make the state self-reliant in the field of energy and employment.
Explaining the scientific use of vacant land by creating a cow-solar energy park, Mr. Bharti has suggested in his proposal that 'solar farms' be set up on vacant government and gauchar lands available in Punjab. This 'agro-solar model' will give double success as there will be cool shade for the cows under the panels and solar energy will be produced at the megawatt level from the upper part. With this, the cowsheds will generate their own electricity and will also be able to earn revenue by selling the excess electricity to the grid.
Not only this, this action plan will also play an important role in employment generation. While the youth will be given technical training, the experience of the elders will also be respected. The youth will get technical employment in maintenance of solar power plants, digital tagging and online marketing of products.
Experienced senior citizens will be appointed as 'honorary supervisors' in cowshed management, organic manure inspection and 'Gau-Kashth' centres, so that the society can benefit from their experience. Educationist Bharti has also demanded from the state government that every penny of the 'cow cess' being collected from the public should be spent only on the cow family. For this, he has suggested creating a 'live dashboard' at the district level, so that the public can get transparent information about the use of funds. This will further strengthen public trust in the government.
Reiterating the concept of a pollution-free India, he has suggested that the use of 'Gau-Kashth' (cow dung/wood) should be made mandatory for cremation instead of wood. This will save lakhs of trees from being cut. Along with this, a blueprint has been presented to make them completely self-reliant by setting up commercial units for manufacturing desi ghee, soap and incense sticks in the cow shelters.
Anil Bharti appealed to the Chief Minister that by implementing this model of taking the helpless cow herds roaming on the roads of the state to the cow shelters and nurturing them, not only will road accidents stop, but Punjab will emerge as a 'role model' for the country. He expressed confidence that with this joint effort of the administration and the intelligent society, Punjab will become a 'complete Punjab'.
