Chandigarh: Dr. Neeraj Goyal, senior kidney transplant surgeon at Alchemist Hospital, Panchkula, was honored with the "Emerging Star in Renal Transplant Excellence" award for his contributions and pioneering efforts in advancing the kidney transplant program in the region.
The honor was presented to him during the Health Summit 2025 in New Delhi. During his career, Dr. Goyal has performed more than 1,000 kidney transplants.
Earlier, on National Doctors' Day, Haryana Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini honored Dr. Neeraj Goyal for his outstanding contributions in the field of kidney transplantation.
