Dr KR Arya met former Lok Sabha Speaker Meira Kumar in Delhi

Santoshgarh/Una, March 3 (Rajveer Chopra): Dr. K.R. Arya, State President of the Samata Movement in Himachal and Punjab, and Shakuntala Arya, President of the Women's Wing, paid a courtesy call on the movement's National President and former Lok Sabha Speaker Meira Kumar in New Delhi. During the meeting, the organization's activities in Himachal and Punjab and its future strategy were discussed in detail.
Dr. Arya informed that the Samata Movement is progressing rapidly in both states with the resolve to break caste and unite society. He said that inspired by the path of social harmony shown by former Deputy Prime Minister Babu Jagjivan Ram, the organization is expanding to every village. The main objective of the Samata Movement is to eradicate social discrimination and build a strong and united nation. This mission is being spread to every person under the guidance of National President Meira Kumar.

**Invitation to visit Himachal accepted
During the meeting, Dr. Arya also extended a formal invitation to Meira Kumar to visit Himachal for an upcoming state-level program. He informed that in the near future, a comprehensive public relations campaign will be launched across the state, culminating in a grand state-level event. Meira Kumar gladly accepted the invitation and agreed to visit Himachal soon.

Appreciating the efforts of Dr. K.R. Arya and Shakuntala Arya, Meira Kumar said that achieving the goal of equality and social justice is essential in today's times. She said that Dr. Arya is strengthening the organization not only in Himachal and Punjab, but also at the national level.
