Chandigarh: Dr. Harinder Singh Bedi, Director of Cardiovascular Sciences, Park Hospital, Mohali has been honoured for his contribution to cardiovascular science.
The honour was conferred recently during a national level cardiovascular science seminar organised by Voice of Healthcare - Beat 2025 in New Delhi.
Dr. Bedi was honoured for his record-breaking work and innovations in cardio vascular surgery, which have been featured thrice in the Limca Book of World Records.
He has pioneered the Beating Heart Surgery, a revolutionary operation that has significantly reduced the risks and cost of heart surgery and made complex heart surgery accessible to the common man.
