Dont Delay Otherwise Your Teeth Will Deliver a Painful Shock

Karnal, March 24: An awareness program was organized at the dispensary located in Sector-6, in accordance with the directives of the Director of Health, Haryana, under the slogan "A Happy Mouth is a Happy Life." On this occasion, Dr. Ravinder Narwal provided detailed information to visitors at the Civil Dispensary, Sector-6, regarding proper dental care and the importance of oral hygiene.
Dr. Narwal noted that most people neglect regular dental care. People typically visit a doctor only when their teeth have become severely damaged. By then, it is often too late. He emphasized that this negligence eventually leads to tooth decay, pyorrhea, and other serious dental ailments.
Offering a crucial tip, he explained that rinsing one's mouth daily with saltwater helps keep teeth and gums healthy while reducing the likelihood of cavities. However, people often overlook this simple yet effective remedy, relying instead almost exclusively on medication—a practice that is ill-advised. During the program, he recommended regular dental cleaning, brushing twice a day, limiting the consumption of sugary foods, and undergoing periodic check-ups with a dentist. Additionally, the correct technique for brushing teeth was demonstrated and explained.
Dr. Narwal also raised awareness among the public regarding the symptoms of tooth decay, pyorrhea, and other dental diseases, as well as the preventive measures available against them. He stated that if attention is paid to these issues in a timely manner, the onset of severe complications can be averted.
The primary objective of this awareness program was to sensitize the public about dental health and to encourage them to adopt healthy habits. At the conclusion of the event, the attendees gained valuable insights into dental care and pledged to incorporate these practices into their daily lives.
