Hoshiarpur:- As per the directions of Civil Surgeon Dr. Mandeep Kamal, Dr. Ranjit Singh District Family Welfare Officer visited PHC Paldi and reviewed the health services on the spot and held a meeting with the staff and discussed various health programs. On this occasion, Dr. Paramveer Singh Rai SMO Paldi was with him.
He said that registration of pregnant women should be ensured as soon as possible. Awareness activities should be conducted in villages with low sex ratio. Awareness should be created about maternal and child health facilities, facilities available during institutional delivery and about getting delivery done in government institutions. On this occasion, he also shared information regarding records and functioning.
He said that every patient coming in emergency situations should be seen with full seriousness so that no patient has to face any kind of trouble.
