Disillusioned with Congress many families join AAP

Garhshankar/Hoshiarpur, July 28:- The Congress party suffered a major political setback in Garhi Mansowal village of Garhshankar constituency when many families of the village announced to leave the Congress and join the Aam Aadmi Party. Deputy Speaker Punjab Vidhan Sabha and MLA of Garhshankar constituency S. Jai Krishan Singh Raudi warmly welcomed the families who joined the party and thanked them.
Deputy Speaker Raudi said that people are continuously joining the party, impressed by the people-friendly thinking of the Aam Aadmi Party, the development works being done under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann and the transparent administration. He said that every family who joins the party will be given full respect and honor and with their cooperation, the development of the constituency will get further momentum.
Deputy Speaker, Raudi, while specially thanking the families who left the Congress and joined the 'Aam Aadmi Party', said that the trust they have shown is a matter of pride for the party. He assured that the all-round development of every village in the constituency and the resolution of the problems of the people will be done on priority basis.
On this occasion, the newly joined families said that they have joined the party after being impressed by the policies and development works of the Aam Aadmi Party and will work with full dedication to further strengthen the party in the coming times.
