Deputy Commissioner Reviews Ongoing Development Works in Haroli
Una, March 18: With the aim of accelerating ongoing development projects in the Haroli Assembly constituency of Una district, Deputy Commissioner Jatin Lal today (Wednesday) inspected various projects currently under construction and those proposed. During this visit, while taking stock of the progress of the development works, he issued necessary directives to the concerned officials.
During the inspection, the Deputy Commissioner visited the Traffic Park under construction in the Roda area, the Haroli College campus, the Indoor Stadium being built in the Khadd area, the Jal Shakti Department's Rest House, the proposed Ropeway project in Pandoga, and the site of the Pandoga-Tyuri bridge. Reviewing the current status of each project in detail, he placed special emphasis on maintaining quality in the execution of the works.
Deputy Commissioner Jatin Lal directed officials to ensure strict adherence to prescribed standards in all construction activities and to complete the projects within the stipulated timelines. He stated that no form of negligence or laxity in development works would be tolerated.
He remarked that all these projects currently underway in the district are of immense importance for the holistic development of the region and signify a new direction for progress. The completion of these projects will not only lead to improvements in basic infrastructure but will also provide direct benefits to the local populace.
The Deputy Commissioner informed that, in accordance with the directives of Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri, the district administration is continuously monitoring the development works. The primary objective of this exercise is to ensure that the general public receives the benefits of government schemes promptly and effectively. Furthermore, he urged officials to work in close coordination with one another to complete these projects on time, thereby giving momentum to the development of the region.
