Deputy Commissioner honours BLOs who have achieved the target of 100 percent digitalization

Sangrur, July 09:- Under various ongoing activities in the state of Punjab keeping in mind the Special Intensive Revision-2026, during the door to door survey being conducted by BLOs from 25.06.2026 to 24.07.2026, enumeration forms are being distributed to voters and the forms filled by the voters are being collected and digitized in the BLO app.
In order to comply with the instructions received from the Chief Electoral Officer, Punjab, Chandigarh, the BLOs who were the first to achieve the target of 100 percent digitalization of the enumeration forms were honoured at the district level by giving a certificate of appreciation by the Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Electoral Officer, Sangrur.
Meanwhile, the Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Election Officer, Sangrur, congratulated and awarded certificates to the BLO of Booth No. 91 of Assembly Constituency 099-Lehra, BLO of Booth No. 84 of Assembly Constituency 100-Dirba, Mr. Sanjeev Joshi and BLO of Booth No. 134 of Assembly Constituency 101-Sunam, BLO of Booth No. 04 of Assembly Constituency 101-Sunam, Mr. Romi Singh and BLO of Booth No. 45 of Assembly Constituency 107-Dhuri, BLO of Booth No. 189 of Assembly Constituency 107-Dhuri and motivated these winning BLOs to perform well in the future goals of Special Intensive Revision-2026.
During this certificate distribution ceremony, Mr. Ankur Mohindru, PCS, Additional Deputy Commissioner (J), Sangrur, Mrs. Paramjit Kaur, Election Tehsildar, all the winning BLOs besides the election staff of the District Election Office were present.
