Karnal, March 29: The Sanjeev Bansal Charitable Trust has donated a state-of-the-art Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) ambulance to Cygnus Hospital for the purpose of social service; this vehicle is being hailed as the first of its kind in Haryana. The ambulance is equipped with all essential ICU-level facilities—including life support systems, vital medications, syringe pumps, and other critical care equipment—enabling the safe and secure transfer of critically ill patients from one location to another.
Representing the Trust, President Shammi Bansal, along with Vishal Goyal and Anil Kumar, formally handed over the ambulance to the Cygnus Hospital team, where it was received by the hospital's leadership—Dr. Abid, Dr. Satwinder, and Sushil Kumar. Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Abid noted that the ambulance features all the modern amenities typically found in major metropolitan areas like Delhi and is poised to prove itself as a life-saver for patients during emergency situations.
Trust President Shammi Bansal stated that the organization has always been at the forefront of public service initiatives, and this ambulance represents another significant step in that direction. He further announced that this service would be provided free of cost to needy and underprivileged patients within the city of Karnal, while for locations outside the city, the ambulance would be made available at standard rates.
This facility is set to provide timely and superior medical assistance to the public during emergencies, thereby playing a pivotal role in saving many lives.
