Delhi Police questioned Penguin India officials

New Delhi: The Special Cell of Delhi Police questioned Penguin India officials for two consecutive days in connection with the alleged leak of former Army Chief General MM Naravane's book.
According to sources, the interrogation lasted for several hours on both the days, during which the investigators sought detailed information about the handling and dissemination of the manuscript and its digital files.
As the investigation progresses, representatives of the publishing house may be called again in the coming days. The investigation is currently being conducted on two different lines. The first line of investigation relates to the PDF version of the book, which allegedly surfaced before its official release.
