Dedicated call center set up for exservicemen and their families in Haryana
Chandigarh, April 15:- A dedicated call center has been set up by the Haryana Government to resolve the problems of ex-servicemen, paramilitary personnel and their families and provide them guidance regarding various schemes.
Additional Chief Secretary, Army and Paramilitary Welfare Department, Mr. Vijender Kumar said that with the aim of making information related to various services, schemes and facilities available to ex-servicemen, paramilitary personnel and their families easily and quickly, a dedicated call center has been set up in Haryana on the orders of Chief Minister Mr. Naib Singh Saini, which has started its successful operation.
He said that ex-servicemen, paramilitary personnel and their families can contact the dedicated call center on phone number 0172-5210277 from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm from Monday to Saturday, except on government holidays, for redressal of their grievances or guidance. He appealed to the ex-servicemen, paramilitary personnel and their families to make maximum use of the call center facility and get quick and effective solutions to their problems.
