Chandigarh, October 24-The Haryana Government has decided to increase the rates of Dearness Allowance (DA) and Dearness Relief (DR) for the state employees and pensioners/family pensioners. The rate of Dearness Allowance and Dearness Relief has been increased from 55 percent to 58 percent which will be effective from July 1, 2025.
A letter in this regard has been issued by Chief Secretary Mr. Anurag Rastogi who also holds the charge of Additional Chief Secretary, Finance Department.
As per the increased rates, Dearness Allowance/Relief will be paid with the salary and pension of October, 2025 while the arrears from July to September, 2025 will be paid in the month of November.
