DC Dr Vivek Bharti Inspects Various Offices and Institutions in Ratia and Nagpur

Ratia, March 12:- On Thursday, District Commissioner Dr. Vivek Bharti inspected various government offices and institutions in the Ratia and Nagpur regions to take stock of the arrangements in place. He inspected the Block Development and Panchayat Officer (BDPO) office in Ratia; the offices of various departments located within the Ratia Mini Secretariat complex; the Primary Health Center (PHC) in Nagpur; the Veterinary Hospital; and the Board Examination Center established at the PM Shri Government Senior Secondary School in village Rattakhera, issuing necessary directives to the concerned officials.
DC Dr. Vivek Bharti stated that all departments must ensure that government services are made available to the general public in a simple, transparent, and time-bound manner. He emphasized that completing development works within the stipulated timeframe and maintaining superior arrangements within government institutions are top priorities for the administration.
During the inspection, the DC examined the attendance register at the Ratia BDPO office and toured various branches to gather information regarding the services being provided to the public. He instructed officials and staff members to prioritize and resolve the matters of citizens visiting the office in a timely manner, ensuring they do not face any inconvenience.
Subsequently, he inspected the offices of various departments situated within the Ratia Mini Secretariat complex. During this visit, he reviewed the operational workflow of the offices, record-keeping practices, and the status of services being delivered to citizens. He directed officials to ensure the time-bound disposal of pending cases by working in close coordination with one another across all departments.
The DC also conducted an inspection at the BDPO office in Nagpur, where he reviewed the ongoing development works in the region and sought feedback by interacting with public representatives. He issued instructions to officials to ensure that all development projects currently underway in the villages falling under the block are completed within the prescribed timeframe. During an inspection of the Primary Health Center in Nagpur, the DC assessed the status of healthcare services and issued directives to further strengthen sanitation arrangements within the hospital premises. He instructed the health staff to ensure sensitive and humane treatment of patients and to provide them with timely and appropriate medical care.
Additionally, the DC inspected the Veterinary Hospital in Nagpur and directed officials to ensure that superior veterinary services are made available to livestock owners in a timely manner.
DC Dr. Vivek Bharti also inspected the Board examination center established at the PM-SHRI Government Senior Secondary School in the village of Rattakheda. While reviewing the arrangements at the examination center, he expressed satisfaction with the peaceful and malpractice-free conduct of the examinations and issued instructions to ensure that all necessary facilities are provided for the students.
