Haryana/Hisar:- A grievance redressal camp (Samadhan Shivir) was organized by the Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam (DHBVN) at the power corporation complex located near Double Phatak. During the camp, complaints and grievances related to electricity and solar energy from consumers of the Hisar Sub-Division were heard.
DHBVN Director Dr. Yogesh Bidani was primarily present at the redressal camp. He was accompanied by Chief Engineer Rajender Sabharwal, Superintendent Engineer F.R. Naqvi, Executive Engineer Ravinder Singh, and Sub-Divisional Officers Ankit Singh, Mandeep Kundu, Parveen Kumar, and Manish Kumar.
A total of 41 complaints were heard during the camp, out of which 25 grievances were resolved on the spot, while necessary instructions were issued to the concerned officials for the speedy disposal of the remaining complaints. Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Yogesh Bidani stated that the corporation's objective is to provide better electricity services to consumers and ensure prompt redressal of their problems. He added that similar redressal camps will continue to be organized in the future so that the public's grievances can be resolved by reaching out to them directly.
Public Grievances Committee members Rajender Sapra and Ramchandra Gupta, along with MC Rajesh Arora, Vinod Goyal, Himanshu Mahta, and several other prominent individuals and office-bearers were present at the event.
