Chandigarh, February 4:- Haryana Chief Minister Shri Naib Singh Saini said that there is no deficiency in the second general budget presented by the Finance Minister Smt. Nirmala Sitharaman of the 3.0 government of the Centre under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. But the opposition leaders are making statements only to gain attention and mislead the public. This budget will give speed to the realization of the dream of a developed India, also with the budget, even though the Congress is weak, India has become strong.

The Chief Minister was talking to the media at Haryana Niwas on Wednesday. During this, he said that when the budget was being presented by Union Finance Minister Smt. Nirmala Sitharaman, a leader tweeted before the budget to please Congress leader Rahul Gandhi. He said that the opposition has no issue, they are just trying to show off. Without knowing or reading the budget, this is being done only to spread illusion.

The poor class was only harassed
The Chief Minister took a jibe and said that today, even in the homes of Congress leaders, there is a discussion about the development happening in the country. He said that in the past, when the Congress presented the budget, only the money released in the budget was shown. Not only this, the money released in the budget was squandered. People were made promises and the poor class was only harassed. But in the budget presented under the leadership of PM Shri Narendra Modi, development is being considered important, work is being done towards the development of every class. In the third term of the Central Government, infrastructure has been strengthened and the country is moving forward at a fast pace.

Targeted at Rahul Gandhi
Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini said that when it comes to the welfare of the people by wandering around in the budget, the Congress keeps falling behind. He said about the visit of Congress leader Rahul Gandhi to Kurukshetra that he came here and made statements like Pandavas had imposed GST. In fact, the Congress has no issue. The Chief Minister said that the tweet masters should think before saying anything, Rahul Gandhi should tell in the session what kind of development happened when he was in government.
Sometimes Rahul Gandhi makes fun of the Constitution, sometimes he raises questions on the election processes. Congress used to think that the poor people should be made poorer, but the government led by Modi has brought 25 crore people out of the poverty line. The Chief Minister said that the Congress has neither a policy nor an intention.
The Chief Minister asked, what was the provision of the agriculture budget when the Congress government was at the Centre. It was only Rs 25,000 crore. In such a situation, how does the country move forward, how does India become a developed country? The Chief Minister said that if the country has developed, it has been under the rule of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. During the Modi government, a provision of Rs 1 lakh 62 thousand crore has been made in the agriculture budget.

Government will be formed in Punjab and Bengal
Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini said that the country has rejected the Congress. A government will be formed in Bengal and Punjab under the leadership of PM Modi with a big mandate. Referring to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, he said that Modi ji does not sleep, he is concerned about every section of the country. But the Congress should tell which section it was concerned about during his time. The Chief Minister said that during the Congress' tenure, no public welfare policies were formulated nor was there any talk of development.
