Cold wave in plains has intensified cold

New Delhi:- Cold wave in plains has intensified cold. Cold has intensified in Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Delhi, Chhattisgarh, Punjab, Haryana and Bihar-Jharkhand. Temperatures have dropped by 2 to 3 degrees Celsius in the last 24 hours. Sikar and Fatehpur in Rajasthan recorded 5 degrees Celsius and Sikar recorded 5.4 degrees Celsius.
Four districts of Madhya Pradesh are below 10 degrees Celsius, in Rewa and Naugaon the temperature has been around 7 degrees Celsius. Meanwhile, the temperature has dropped to zero or below in many parts of Himachal Pradesh. The lowest temperature in Tabo was recorded at zero 6.6 degrees Celsius.
Pollution levels have increased in Delhi, AQI has crossed 450 till 8:30 am on Sunday. Rajasthan has been gripped by cold weather due to continuous snowfall from North India. A yellow alert was issued for cold wave in Sikar district on Sunday. Districts of Jaipur and Ajmer divisions are witnessing cold wave in the morning and evening.
