Haryana becomes first choice of Japanese investors - Chief Minister
The Chief Minister said that it is a matter of thought as to why Japanese companies specifically chose Haryana for investment. He said that the reason for this is not only the geographical location of the state or investment promotion schemes, but Haryana’s understanding and adoption of Japanese work culture. The Chief Minister said that Japanese industries attach special importance to quality, operational stability, disciplined workforce, reliable supply chain and long-term commitment and Haryana has fully met all these criteria.
The Chief Minister said that Haryana has developed its complete industrial system based on these same criteria. Today, not only industrial clusters are visible in areas like Gurugram, Manesar, Sonipat, Bawal and Jhajjar, but a picture of strong industrial integration between India and Japan is visible. He said that Haryana has become not just an investment destination for Japan, but a reliable strategic partner.
The Chief Minister said, Narayangarh will become the new hub of Japanese industrial partnership
The Chief Minister said that Haryana's biggest strength is its world-class connectivity. Almost two-thirds of the state falls in the NCR and every district is connected by national highways. Dedicated freight corridor, Delhi-Mumbai Expressway, Rapid Rail, Metro connectivity, Green Field Corridor and Airports are making Haryana an ideal state for global investment. He said that today global competition is not limited to production only, but is based on logistics efficiency, strong supply chain and easy access to markets and Haryana is among the leading states in the country in all these areas. The Chief Minister said that 64 industrial estates, electronic clusters, EV ecosystem, logistics hub, food parks and ultra-modern manufacturing zones are being developed in the state. Also, 10 new IMTs will be set up in the state. He said that the Japanese Industrial Township being developed in Jhajjar and the proposed Japanese cluster in Narayangarh will give a new direction to the India-Japan industrial partnership.
CM invites Japanese investors to invest in Haryana
The Chief Minister invited Japanese investors to expand their business in Haryana, saying that the state has all the necessary facilities and modern infrastructure for investment. He invited investors to invest in the development of residential, commercial and industrial sectors. Haryana manufactures about 50 per cent of cars and 33 per cent of two-wheelers in the country, so Sohna and Kharkhoda IMTs are better options for investment in the automobile sector. He said that Haryana is fast emerging as a logistics hub and the Delhi-NCR region is being developed as a modern logistics network.
