Charan Suhawe Guru Charan Yatra received a grand welcome in Faridabad

Chandigarh, October 24-The holy land of Haryana witnessed a historic and spiritual moment today, when the Charan Suhawe Guru Charan Yatra of the holy couple of the Sarbansdani Tenth Guru, Shri Guru Gobind Singh Ji Maharaj and Mata Sahib Kaur Ji was given a grand welcome in Faridabad. This unique confluence of faith, devotion and unity was visible in every corner of the city.
Haryana Chief Minister Shri Naib Singh Saini attended this welcome program. The Chief Minister welcomed the Charan Suhawe Guru Charan Yatra at Sri Guru Darbar Sahib Gurudwara located at NIT-5, Faridabad. Shri Naib Singh Saini also honored the Sadh-Sangat at Guru Darbar Sahib Gurudwara and the Panj Piar who were leading the Yatra by wrapping them with patkas.
The Chief Minister paid obeisance at the Gurudwara before the departure of the Yatra and listened to the Ardas. After this, he also had darshan of the holy couple. Earlier, Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee member Sardar Ravinder Singh Rana, Sri Guru Darbar Sahib Gurdwara President Sardar Inderjit Singh and representatives of the Sikh community welcomed the Chief Minister.
On this occasion, the Chief Minister said that the first resting place of this great Yatra, starting from Delhi and going to Takht Sri Harmandir Ji Patna Sahib in Bihar, was Faridabad. This city, which is called the gateway to Delhi, became holy with the dust of the Guru's feet. The city in which the holy feet of the Guru stop, automatically becomes a pilgrimage and today Faridabad has become a great pilgrimage site for lakhs of devotees. He thanked the Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee and the organizers of this Yatra for organizing this Yatra.

**Guru Gobind Singh Ji - Symbol of Sacrifice, Bravery and Justice
Sri Naib Singh Saini said that today when this holy couple has reached here, the complete glory, sacrifice and sacrifice of Dashmesh Pita has been realized among us. They sacrificed everything for the protection of religion, nation and humanity. Shri Guru Gobind Singh Ji sacrificed against Mughal oppression. He made a common man Khalsa to fight against injustice, created a force whose pledge was to protect religion and protect the weak. This couple reminds us of their great promise that if one fights with one and a half lakh, then the name of Gobind Singh will be called. He said that Shri Guru Gobind Singh Ji sacrificed all his four sons so that other sons and daughters of the country could be safe.

**Mata Sahib Kaur Ji-Symbol of Kindness and Strength
The Chief Minister said that this Yatra also includes the holy couple of Mata Sahib Kaur Ji. Mata Sahib Kaur Ji has the honor of being the mother of the Khalsa Panth. When Guru Ji established the Khalsa Panth, he made Mata Sahib Kaur Ji drink nectar from him so that along with bravery, sweetness and kindness would also remain in the leaders of the Khalsa.

**Charan Suhave Yatra is a spiritual bridge from Delhi to Patna Sahib
Shri Naib Singh Saini said that this Charan Suhave Yatra is building a cultural and spiritual bridge between Delhi, which is the capital of India, and Patna Sahib, which is the birthplace of Guru Gobind Singh Ji.
The Chief Minister said that the Haryana Government is fully committed to following the path shown by the Gurus and making their sacrifices permanent. The government has worked to celebrate the 400th birth anniversary of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji, the 550th birth anniversary of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji, and the 350th birth anniversary of Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji in a grand manner. Apart from this, the land on which Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji spent 40 days in meditation has been given to Gurudwara Sri Chilla Sahib in Sirsa.
The Chief Minister said that the state government will celebrate the 350th martyrdom anniversary of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji with devotion and respect throughout the state. From November 1 to November 24, Haryana will undertake four yatras from all four corners of the state, which will culminate on November 25 at the holy land of Kurukshetra, where the lotus feet of the Gurus fall from time to time. The government has made a comprehensive action plan for this.
He said that the government has passed a resolution in the monsoon session of the Haryana Vidhan Sabha. Under this, a provision has been made to give a government job to one member each of 121 families whose members lost their lives in the 1984 riots. The cabinet has also given its approval to this decision, which is an example of respect and sympathy towards the Sikh community. On this occasion, former minister and MLA Mr. Mul Chand Sharma, Mrs. Seema Trikha, MLA of Bawal Dr. Krishan Kumar, Media Advisor to the Chief Minister Mr. Rajiv Jaitley, Mayor of Faridabad Praveen Batra Joshi and other dignitaries were present.
