Nawanshahr:- The powerful Uvasgaharam Stotra was chanted at the Jain Sthan in Nawanshahr in the presence of Mahasadhavi Dr. Shri Swati Ji Maharaj, Shri Supragya G M, Shri Sudipti G M, and Shri Suvidhi G M. Speaking on the occasion, Mahasadhavi Dr. Shri Swati Ji Maharaj said that chanting Uvasgaharam Stotra brings immense physical and spiritual benefits. This chant praises Lord Parsavanath, the 23rd Tirthankara of Jainism. On this occasion, Shri Supragya Ji Maharaj and Sudipti Ji Maharaj expressed their feelings through bhajans.
Mahasadhavi Shri Suvidhi Ji Maharaj explained the teachings of Lord Mahavir Swami in simple terms, motivating us to maintain mutual love in our families and communities and perform daily religious rituals. Three lucky devotees were honoured among those who attended the discourse this morning! After the chanting, Gautam Prasad was arranged for all the devotees present by Shri Sanjeev Jain Bittu’s wife Smt. Ritu Jain.
On this occasion, SS Jain Sabha Chief Patron Nem Kumar Jain, President Munish Jain, Vice President Rajneesh Jain, Ashok Jain, General Secretary Ratan Kumar Jain, other cabinet members, Jain Mahila Mandal President Kanchan Jain, Minister Tripta Jain, Jain Yuvati Mandal President Ritu Jain, Minister Ruby Jain, Alka Jain and Meenakshi Jain honoured the family by garlanding them and tying turbans. Members who had appeared for religious exams and children of Shri Ramnik Bal Kala Mandal were also honoured!
At the end of the discourse, Mahasadhavi Shri Swati Ji Maharaj recited the Mangalapath and blessed everyone.
