Case should be registered against Bhagwant Mann under sacrilege laws Sanjeev Talwar

Hoshiarpur: Led by Shiromani Akali Dal Hoshiarpur constituency in-charge Sanjeev Talwar, a high-level delegation of the Akali Dal today submitted a written complaint at the Police Station City, Hoshiarpur, demanding the immediate registration of a case (FIR) against Sardar Bhagwant Singh Mann for allegedly hurting religious sentiments.
Speaking to journalists, Sanjeev Talwar stated that a video had gone viral recently in which alcohol was being splashed on images of Sikh Gurus, and the person in the video was identified as Bhagwant Mann. At that time, Bhagwant Mann had offered an explanation at Sri Akal Takht Sahib, claiming that the video was a "fake" created using 'Artificial Intelligence' (AI).
Sanjeev Talwar further revealed that now that the matter has been thoroughly investigated by the Singh Sahib Jathedar of Sri Akal Takht Sahib, it has been proven that the video is entirely genuine. Taking action on this serious offense, the Jathedar Sahib has declared Bhagwant Mann guilty of being an offender against the Panth.
He stated that this shameful act has deeply hurt the religious sentiments of the entire Sikh community and the Nanak Naam Leva Sangat. The Akali Dal has demanded that a case be immediately registered against Bhagwant Mann under the 'Jagat Jot Sri Guru Granth Sahib Satkar (Amendment) Act 2020' and legal action be initiated.
