SAS Nagar, October 13- A CBSE workshop for teachers was organized at Shemrock Senior Secondary School, Sector 69. The school spokesperson said that the central theme of the workshop was ‘Capacity Building Programme to Promote Mental Health and Wellbeing among Students’.
More than 50 teachers participated in this session held at the school campus. The programme was led by Dr. Seema Dutt and Sunita Kumari, who with their visionary ideas made the teachers aware about the educational needs of the future. The workshop provided detailed discussions and training on several key areas.
In which ways to help students deal with exams and social pressure for stress management were shared. At the conclusion of the workshop, Principal Preneet Sohal said that this workshop provides teachers with the necessary weapons to handle the mental well-being of students.
