Cancer Drugs Heart Attack Awareness Competition on 7th November

Patiala- On the occasion of National Cancer Awareness Day, Inter-School Speech Competition is being organized at Punjab Red Cross De-Addiction Integrated Center, Patiala by Gyan Jyoti Education Society and First Aid Safety Health Awareness Mission under the leadership of Director Mrs. Parminder Kaur Manchanda.
Appreciating the awareness of the last 30 years of Parminder Kaur Manchanda and the efforts being made to make the youth addicted to drugs free, the Governor of Punjab while honoring her said that every citizen of Punjab, retired employees, social service organizations and teachers should make efforts with a selfless spirit to make the youth healthy, safe and happy like the tireless efforts of Madam Parminder Kaur Manchanda.
Kaka Ram Verma and Upkar Singh said that on November 7, students will present their views on the ill effects of drugs, prevention is more important than treatment to avoid cancer, why we are getting trapped in diseases and what to do during heart attacks and cardiac arrest at Saket Hospital.
By making students and children aware about health, fitness, first aid, CPR, such programs will prove to be more useful in making Punjab healthy, fit, safe and prosperous.
