Brahma Kumaris celebrated Diwali in Mohali and paid tribute to Rajyogi Brijmohan Bhai
Mohali, October 21: Diwali celebrations took on a unique spiritual dimension yesterday at Sukh Shanti Bhawan, Phase 7, of Prajapita Brahma Kumaris Ishwariya Vishwavidyalaya. Diwali lamps were lit on this auspicious occasion, and a heartfelt tribute was paid to the organization's former General Secretary, the respected Rajyogi Brahma Kumari Brijmohan Bhai Ji. Hundreds of brothers and sisters from the Mohali region participated in the program, lighting lamps and embracing the spiritual significance of Diwali.
Brahma Kumari Premlata, Director of the Rajyoga Centers in the Mohali-Ropar Circle, shared the message on this occasion: Diwali is truly a festival of spiritual light. Along with awakening the light of your soul and external cleansing, purify your thoughts. Renounce negative tendencies on this festival. On this occasion, Brahma Kumari Dr. Rama Didi, Director of the Ropar Rajyoga Center, said that to awaken the soul's light, we must establish a connection with the Supreme Light of the Deep, the Supreme Father, through Rajyoga, light the lamps of other souls, and live a life without vices. Only then can we lead the world back to divinity.
On this occasion, Brahma Kumar Karm Chand, Zonal Coordinator of the Media Service Wing of the Punjab Zone, paid tribute to Brahma Kumar Brijmohan Bhai Ji, who recently passed away on October 9, 2025. He described him as an ideal Raj Yogi, a skilled speaker, writer, guide, social reformer, and the organization's chief spokesperson, who spread the message of Lord Shiva throughout Punjab and the world. He organized numerous conferences related to the realization of the Lord of the Gita and lived his life as a child celibate, a life of penance and sacrifice. He was also the Secretary General of the Brahma Kumaris and Chairperson of the Political Service Wing.
In the presence of about 300 brothers and sisters, this program concluded with the resolution of Om Shanti and the wish for global peace.
