Nawanshahr:- A voluntary blood donation camp dedicated to the 350th martyrdom anniversary of the crown of martyrs Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji, Bhai Mati Das, Bhai Sati Das and Bhai Dayala Ji is being organized on Tuesday, November 25 at the local BDC Blood Center, Rahon Road. The dedicated blood donation camp will begin at 10 am.
The organization's president Advocate Sulakshan Sarin, vice president GS Toor, secretary JS Gidda, finance secretary Parvesh Kumar have appealed to the blood donors to take the opportunity to donate blood on this holy day to pay homage to the martyrdom of Guru Sahib.
BTO Dr. Ajay Bagga and Dr. Nitika Puri, Pathologist, said that healthy individuals between the ages of 18 and 65 can voluntarily donate blood. Those whose body weight is more than 45 kg, hemoglobin is 12.5 percent grams and they are not suffering from any chronic disease can donate blood after medical approval.
