Bikram Majithia not getting relief hearing adjourned in High Court

Chandigarh- Former Punjab minister and Shiromani Akali Dal leader Bikram Singh Majithia has been booked for disproportionate assets. His bail plea was heard in the Punjab and Haryana High Court today (October 6), but he did not get any relief.
Majithia's lawyers presented their arguments today and the hearing lasted for about three hours. The hearing began in the morning and continued after lunch. They presented all the facts and tried to prove that he has been falsely implicated. The hearing of the matter will be held again tomorrow, and it is believed that a decision may be taken on his petition.
It may be mentioned that the Vigilance Bureau had arrested Bikram Singh Majithia from his house in Amritsar on June 25. After this, teams raided 25 places including Himachal Pradesh, Delhi and Uttar Pradesh and identified his properties.
