Ludhiana:- Former Kabaddi player Bikkar Singh Natt, who recently joined the Congress party and had previously contested the Legislative Assembly elections from the Gill constituency on a Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) ticket, has been appointed as the Secretary of the Punjab Pradesh Congress SC Cell. This appointment was made by Rajendra Pal Gautam, Chairman of the All India Congress SC Cell.
The appointment was warmly welcomed by city Congress leaders and representatives of various social service organizations. Among those who expressed their support were Sarpanch Nishan Singh Natt, Prem Singh Leela, Manminder Singh Natt, Lakhwinder Singh Sarpanch Jaspal Bangra, Rajinder Singh Bulara, Jasvir Singh Rania, Mithan Singh Janta Colony Gill, Gurmeet Singh Saya Kalan, Kulwinder Singh Natt, Mahinga Singh Jagraon, Malkit Singh Lehra, Raspal Singh Jagraon, Parmatma Singh Gogi Lehra, Balvir Singh Jagraon, Dayal Chand Ludhiana, Master Kamikkar Singh, Gurblihar Singh, Satinder Pal Singh Tajpuri, and Punjab Press Secretary Avtar Singh Anandpuri.
