Big gift given to rural sanitation workers Krishan Kumar Bedi

Chandigarh, June 30:- Haryana Social Justice and Empowerment Minister Krishan Kumar Bedi said that the government has given a big gift to rural sanitation workers. The salary of rural sanitation workers has been increased by Rs 2100.
Giving this information, Social Justice and Empowerment Minister Krishan Kumar Bedi said that the government is continuously taking decisions in the public interest for sanitation workers. During the strike of rural sanitation workers, they were assured of a salary increase, to which the government has fulfilled its promise by increasing the salary.
Mr. Krishan Bedi said that now the salary of rural sanitation workers in Haryana has been increased from Rs 16,000 to Rs 18,100, which will be effective immediately. He said that the increased salary will be given to rural sanitation workers from July 1, 2026.
The Minister for Social Justice and Empowerment has thanked Haryana Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini for increasing the salaries of rural sanitation workers. He said that there is an atmosphere of happiness among the sanitation workers and their associations with this decision of the government.
