Bhavip Branch President Jyoti Chaudhary won the title of Karva Queen
Karnal, October 10: Under the guidance of Dr. Rachna Chaudhary, Women's Participation Chief of the Karna Branch of the Bharat Vikas Parishad (BVP), a special get-together was held with great joy and fanfare on the auspicious occasion of Karva Chauth.
The program began with Ganesh Vandana, followed by songs, music, dance, entertaining games, and laughter, creating a joyful atmosphere. All the women who attended, adorned with elaborate attire in bright red, pink, blue, green, and yellow, enhanced the event's beauty with their sixteen adornments.
The Karva Parv Milan was conducted by Manisha Arora, while special games based on the Karva theme were organized by Ritu Sharma, Sonia Nagpal, Lovely Batra, and Parul Garg, with the participation of all the women. All the sisters participated enthusiastically.
The event included a ramp walk by all the women members, dressed in Indian attire, showcasing their dignity and confidence. This was a special highlight of the event. Branch President Jyoti Chaudhary won the title of Karva Queen, while Bhavna Kapoor and Aarti Sharma were awarded the Best Ramp Walk.
At the end of the event, attractive prizes were also awarded in the form of traditional jewelry such as toe rings, anklets, and sindoor.
The event was successfully managed by the branch's project leaders, Lovely Batra, Manisha Arora, Ritu Sharma, Sonia Nagpal, Uma Ahuja, and Parul Gupta.
Several women members, including Shayna, Anshul, Vaidehi, Seema Nagpal, Nishi Garg, Kiran Goyal, Sulakshana, Shashi, and Mahima, participated enthusiastically, contributing to the success of the event and conveying a beautiful message of unity, tradition, and women's empowerment.
