Patiala:- Basant Ritu Youth Club, Tripuri Patiala has been continuously providing service in government and semi-government schools for the last 34 years. The club is providing uniforms, reading material, ceiling fans, submersible pumps, coolers and other necessary facilities through child development camps.
Under this series, a child development camp was organized by Basant Ritu Club at Hindu Public Senior Secondary School, Tripuri today. On this occasion, 5 ceiling fans were presented to the school and installed, which will provide relief to the students during the summer season.
Club President Engineer Aakash Sharma and Founder Rajesh Sharma Ramtatwali said that the club has provided reading material to about 25 thousand students of government and semi-government schools during its 34 years of service. Apart from this, 7 submersible pumps, 500 ceiling fans and several coolers have also been donated to schools so far.
He said that no service work can be done properly without the active participation of the people. He appealed to the common people to help the needy students with a selfless spirit and contribute to make the message of "Nar Seva Hi Narayan Seva" meaningful.
The school principal S. Kumar Khosla, while praising the service works of the Basant Ritu Club, said that the club has been helping schools with a selfless spirit for a long time. He said that installing ceiling fans in the school today is a commendable effort. He said that everyone should get involved in selfless service works to make their lives meaningful, so that a good and sensitive society can be created.
