Una, March 28: The previously issued orders regarding the operating hours of bars, clubs, pubs, liquor vends, and restaurants in Una district have been amended. Una District Magistrate Jatin Lal has issued new directives under Section 163 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, acting upon the recommendation of the Police Department.
According to the amended orders, all such licensed establishments are now permitted to remain open until 11:00 PM. Under the previous orders, the operating hours for these establishments serving liquor were fixed until 10:00 PM; this time limit has now been extended to 11:00 PM.
The District Magistrate has clarified that all establishments must strictly adhere to the prescribed conditions, licensing provisions, and law-and-order guidelines. In the event of any violation, strict action will be initiated in accordance with the law.
These orders have come into force with immediate effect and shall remain operative until further orders are issued.
