Bandi Chhor Divas Celebrated with Devotion and Enthusiasm

SAS Nagar, October 23- Bandi Chhor Divas was celebrated with great devotion and enthusiasm at the historic Gurdwara Singh Shaheedan located in nearby village Sohana. In this regard, after the bhog of Sri Sahaj Path, a religious event was organized throughout the day.
In this religious event, Bhai Chamkaur Singh and the International Dhadi Jatha of Bibian from Sangrur narrated the incident of the sixth Patshah Shri Guru Hargobind Sahib Ji freeing 52 hill kings from the captivity of Mughal Emperor Jahangir from Gwalior Fort to the congregation in detail through Dhadi Vaars. Bhai Nirmal Singh Hazuri Ragi Sri Darbar Sahib Ji Amritsar connected the congregation with divine bani through his melodious kirtan. 
Shiromani Pracharak Bhai Major Singh (Tarn Taran Wale) narrated the incident of Guru Sahib reaching Sri Darbar Sahib Amritsar from Gwalior and the congregation performing Deepmala in detail through Gurmat thoughts.
In addition, Bhai Navdeep Singh, Sher-e-Punjab Kavishri Jatha, Bhai Rajwinder Singh Bhai Gursewak Singh, Bhai Sukhwinder Singh, Miri Piri Kirtani Jatha, Chardi Kala Kirtani Jatha Bhai Gurjap Singh's jathas, as well as the Hazuri jathas of Gurdwara Sahib Bhai Jaswant Singh, Bhai Inderjit Singh, Bhai Gurmeet Singh, and Bhai Harbakhsh Singh blessed the congregation through katha, kirtan, kavishri, and Gurmat thoughts. Guru ka Langar was distributed continuously.
