These disasters cannot be stopped but the damage can definitely be reduced. It was further stated that disasters are also of two types, namely natural disasters and unnatural disasters (man-made). Natural disasters include earthquakes, forest fires, floods, tsunamis, cyclones, landslides, storms, volcanic eruptions, landslides, lightning, flash floods, etc.
Unnatural disasters include wars, road, rail, air accidents, fires, bomb blasts, terrorism, epidemics, environmental pollution, collapse of multi-storey buildings, gas leaks, biological disasters and epidemics, insect attacks, epidemics of domestic animals, etc. After this, CD volunteer Maninder Kaur shared her thoughts and personal experiences on how the safety tips taught during civil defense camps can save precious lives.
It is very important to be educated about what to do and what not to do during these disasters and also motivated to become CD volunteers so that one can serve the country selflessly. During this, the questions asked by Jasleen Kaur and Aman were also answered. Finally, Ratan Batwal and President Jatinder Singh thanked the team Civil Defense and said that civil security is very important and mandatory for every citizen.
