Nawanshahr- At PM Shri Government Senior Secondary School Langroa under Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar district, ASI Praveen Kumar, in-charge of the District Traffic Education Cell, reached the morning assembly and made the children aware of cyber security and said that how people are being cheated through cyber crime.
He advised them to be alert about phone calls coming from anonymous numbers and to avoid opening unnecessary links on their phones. Apart from this, ASI Praveen Kumar made the children aware about traffic rules. He said that we should always use helmets while riding two-wheelers and should take all precautions while walking on the road.
We should always keep an eye on the right and left while taking any turn. On this occasion, he also made the children aware against drugs and said that drugs are very harmful for the life of a student, which eats away at the child like a worm and children are becoming mentally ill as well as physically ill.
Children should avoid fast food and junk food and should do physical exercise so that their wrists can remain strong. On this occasion, State Award winner Principal Dr. Surinder Pal Agnihotri honored ASI Praveen Kumar with a token of respect and asked the children to adopt the things he said in their lives.
On this occasion, Guneet, Rekha Janeja, Amandeep Kaur, Jaspreet Kaur, Manpreet Kaur, Barinder Kaur, Gurpreet Kaur, Harinder Singh, Sushil Kumar, Manmohan Singh, Sukhwinder Lal, Navneet Singh, Kulwinder Singh, Lakhvir Singh, Baljinder Singh and the rest of the staff of the school were present.
