Avleen Kaur striving to become an Olympian

Patiala:- In Punjab and perhaps India, Avleen Kaur is such a young girl who is already preparing to become an Olympian. 13-year-old Avleen Kaur is a student of class VII of PM Shri Kendriya Vidyalaya No. 1, Patiala. She started preparing for Taekwondo competitions from the age of three.
As per the orders of her coaches, she reaches the ground with her father Sonu or mother Gurpreet Kaur to practice in every season. She always gets support, help and encouragement from her school principal Dr. Arun Kumar and the teachers. She participated in the national level competitions organized by Kendriya Vidyalaya Sanghathan in Bangalore and won a silver medal.
She participated at the international level in Thailand and won a silver medal. Avleen Kaur was honored by the Speaker of the Government of India, Shri Om Birla ji, in the Parliament. In 2023, Avleen's name has also been entered in the international Limca Book. Avleen's mother and father, working hard, strive to educate their daughter and make her the best player in sports.
If the Punjab government provides financial assistance to such children to play sports, then the dreams of thousands of students can be fulfilled, Punjabi students can be saved from drug crimes, and Punjab can be made a healthy, safe, prosperous, colorful and sports-oriented Punjab.
