Auto Workers Union Protests Against Increase in Petrol and Diesel Prices

Nawanshahr:- Today, New Auto Workers Union Nawanshahr protested against the increase in petrol and diesel prices. Speaking on the occasion, Auto Workers Union District President Puneet Kumar Kaler, Gurpreet Singh Gopi, Rural Labor Union District Leader Kamaljit Sanawa, Area President Kiranjit Kaur said that the Modi government is filling the coffers of corporates by increasing the prices of petrol, diesel and cooking gas every third day and is cutting the pockets of the common people.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi is advising the public to cut back on their needs. He said that with the increase in oil prices, the prices of daily necessities are skyrocketing, which has made it even more difficult for people to make a living. People associated with the transport business are getting more and more worried due to the increase in oil prices.
They demanded rollback of the hike in oil and gas prices and control of the prices of common commodities. Leaders Kamaljit Singh, Balihar Singh, Prem Singh Shahabpur and Surinder Mirpuri were also present on the occasion.
