Attack on the worlds largest natural gas field in Iran

New Delhi:- The ongoing fierce war between Israel and Iran has now shaken the entire world's energy market. After Israel's assassination of Iran's intelligence minister and the attack on the world's largest 'South Pars' natural gas field, Iran has taken a major retaliatory action. Iranian missiles targeted Qatar's 'Ras Laffan' LNG plant and the 'Habshan' gas centers in the United Arab Emirates, due to which a terrible fire broke out there and production came to a complete halt.
Due to this tension, the price of crude oil in the international market has increased by 5 percent to $ 108 per barrel. Iran has warned that if the attacks do not stop, the entire world will have to bear the consequences.
On the other hand, on the battlefield, Israel has intensified attacks on the Iranian leadership, in which several top Iranian officials have been killed. In response, Iran has fired multiple-warhead missiles at Israel, one of which, for the first time, landed in the West Bank, killing three people. US President Donald Trump has expressed concern over the situation and has eased sanctions on Venezuela to maintain oil supplies. Meanwhile, Israeli bombing of Hezbollah targets in Lebanon has displaced millions and the death toll on both sides continues to rise.
